Notebook inspired canoe couples session

This session was a personal project for me, inspired by a dream I had to do a notebook inspired session (from the movie the notebook by Nicholas Sparks) with a couple in a canoe on the water. I knew I wanted to include 50’s style outfits for the couple and some beautiful florals. Danielle of Dashing Designs LLC made these florals better than my inspiration photos! I climbed into the boat for some photos, had them “sail out to sea” and also did some photos of them farther away. The sun was perfect that Sunday evening and the fall leaves were just starting to bring color to the background. It was a perfect evening and I am so happy with how these turned out!
