With it being off season for us wedding photographers, I wanted to provide some resources for other creatives. I love designing templates and making digital graphics to use for my business and my wedding clients.

This template is made from Canva to share with photographers and other wedding vendors! I wanted to make templates that are free to use, easy to use, and can be easily shared. These templates below are for Instagram stories. Canva is easy to use though, and you can change the sizing/copy it over to another template size if you would like.
This template (above) is great for photographers who only book a select amount of weddings (or bookings) a month, and the date is dependent. It is an easy template for those who want share their availability in a simple way with a layout for the rest of the year. As a wedding photographer, I love this template because of how simple it is for me to update it. I like to only book a select amount of weddings per month to insure that I don’t stretch myself too thin and get overwhelmed with my work load.
