Bucktail Overlook, Driftwood, Pennsylvania Mountaintop Elopement| John & Kayla

John and Kayla tied the knot ontop of a beautiful mountain at Bucktail Overlook in Driftwood, Pennsylvania! We started our journey exploring a beautiful creek, where John and Kayla took their shoes off and walked into the river for some romantic shots. During their engagement session (click here) we did the same thing and I always love recreating images from previous sessions! We took some photos on the winding roads (I love the yellow lines in the roads with the fall trees in the background) and ended ontop of the mountain. John had made a custom arch for their wedding and Kayla had made flowers for decorations. They both had custom engraved vow books that they read from during their ceremony. It was intimate and quiet, peaceful and romantic all at the same time. They had their first kiss as husband and wife and danced to their first dance song, strawberries by caamp. I had never heard that song before but after this moment, it has been on my favorites list! They popped champagne (always bring an extra one!) and shared their first glass together as husband and wife. We ended the evening with a beautiful sunset and explored the mountain scenery.
